Hooked on Whitewater Rafting

My first big trip with my dad was when I was 15 years old. We rented a raft, scheduled a tour with friends, and set off on a weekend whitewater rafting journey. When we hit first small rapids, we were hooked. And now (many years later),  I try to go on at least 2-3 whitewater rafting trips with each other every single year. And each time, I enjoy as much as I did on my first time out.

Obviously,  I have become much better whitewater rafters than I was that first time. out. We (my friend and I) challenge bigger rapids, handle our boat better, and work better as a team.
